Types of Cases We Handle
At Zapata Legal Group, APC, we represent injured workers before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). As a new firm, we do not publish past dollar amounts. Instead, we present here examples of the kinds of situations in which we represent workers — categories of injuries, industries, and resolution types.
Every case is different. Results depend on the specific facts, available evidence, severity of injury, and other factors. But the work we do every day is reflected in the examples below.
Required Disclaimer: Past results do not guarantee future results. Each case is evaluated individually based on its own facts and circumstances.
